It can go so high. I tried it the first day I had it and it was great. I lost one rocket in my neighbor's yard, but thankfully the toy came with two rockets. It went so high! The good thing is if you want fun fast but can't get somewhere to launch a real rocket (which i have done) this is for you. I think the best thing of all is the speed of launching. Only 15 pumps. A few other good things are, you don't need much supervision (just someone to make sure you don't hit things) and if you lose a rocket it comes with another. A real rocket may cost $40. Since it doesn't go too high if it's windy the rocket won't go too far. Imagine loosing a $[...] rocket after two launches. The launcher was jammed to start. Got that fixed and it did launch really high. Very cool! For all of four launches. Then the wire pulled out of the launch handle. We took it apart and reattached it but it would never work right. The wire won't retract around the wheel inside the handle and the launcher stays jammed as well. What a disappointment. Not recommended. We have had other air hogs toys in the past and they have broken quickly too. Cool design but really lousy construction. |
